Most candidates were able to provide an appropriate flexibility test.
This question was not answered as well as 7(a)(i); many candidates were confused between muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance.
Poorly answered for such an important applied aspect of the course. This needs significant review from teachers and candidates.
